Questions on how to record a transactions in QuickBooks® inevitably come-up. Our goal is to deliver timely solutions to these questions. In most cases a telephone call and a copy of your date file, we can walk you through the solution. If the question is generic it may be resolved without access to your data file. QuickBooks® back-up data files can be easily emailed to us so that we can be looking at the same thing you are.

Another support option is to use software like PCAnywhere® that allows me to dial up to your computer and look at your data. You can watch your monitor as I illustrate techniques are make authorized changes to your file. We can also be on the telephone talking over the changes as they occur.

Finally, using internet technology, your data file can be maintained by a third party which allows you to access the data at any time. It would also allow anyone you authorize to access the data to review data and make changes. Usually DSL or cable service is necessary to utilize this technique.

Occasionally, you may need to post a number of adjustments to your file or have certain transactions reviewed. By emailing the file to me I can make the necessary changes and send the file back to you. It's amazing how easy it is to support clients in Florida and California using this technique.

As technology progresses the off-site support options become even more numerous. Using any of these methods will allow your business to run smoothly as accounting issues get resolved.
